Carlo Bachetti Doria

Biography
Born in 1972 in Ascoli Piceno, where he currently lives with his family, Carlo Bachetti Doria is the founder and curatorial coordinator of the InLife International Quality Life Forum. He teaches Contemporary Art History at the School of Architecture and Design, Industrial and Environmental Design, University of Camerino, and Art History and Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design Poliarte in Ancona, where he served as the head of the Department of Culture from 2018 to 2022.
He has taught communication and event organization in various professional courses promoted by both public and private training organizations. He has curated many exhibition projects in Italy and abroad, setting up contemporary and modern artworks in art galleries, museums, and prestigious cultural sites, including the Colosseum Park in Rome and the former Hungarian Parliament in Budapest.
Bachetti Doria has developed cultural, social, educational, and tourism-related projects for companies, private foundations, and public administrations, with a particular focus on territorial regeneration and enhancement. Among these projects there are: Italy’s first training course for “Masters of Ceremony and Hospitality Technicians,” the post-earthquake territorial regeneration plan for 2016, “Sibillini Natural Wellness,” and the territorial brand identity project “Piceno Quality Life.”
Since 2020, he has been the artistic director of the environmental and cultural festival “Controvento, Festival of the Air.”

David Mariani

Biography
David Mariani has dedicated his entire professional life to promoting health. Since 1979, he has studied the causes, effects, and remedies of sedentary lifestyles. With 46 years of research, experience, and observations (on over 100,000 people), he is considered one of the leading experts in the world on lifestyle and prevention.
He is the creator of the philosophy and approach known as Healthy Habits, which combines the latest findings in social psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics, along with a deep anthropological study. For this project, he coordinates a team of more than 50 researchers and scientists.
Mariani has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and is a member of the editorial board of the medical-scientific journal GCND, where he oversees the “Healthy Habits” column. He is the director of the Healthy Habits Academy, an accredited advanced training course supported and promoted by Italy’s leading scientific societies and professional orders.
He has been invited as a top speaker at the 2024 national event of the CNR IRBIM, as part of the CNCU program organized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. Mariani also delivers Lectio Magistralis at many Italian universities and at the medical and nursing associations, always focusing on prevention, its dissemination, and quality of life.
He is a member of the scientific committee and responsible for prevention at the international platform Eating City. Mariani is also the author and co-author of bestselling books for the Mondadori Group, distributed in many countries, and serves as a consultant to large companies and institutions on prevention and health issues.
In 2005, he received recognition from the Chamber of Deputies for his promotional activities in favor of sport and health. Since December 2021, he has been a member of the Accademia dei Georgofili, the world’s oldest institution dedicated to agro-food and environmental sciences. In June 2023, he was awarded the “Paul Harris Fellow”, the highest Rotary International honor, for the educational and social value of the Healthy Habits project.
He is also the inspiration and promoter of the first law in Italy regarding citizens’ well-being, approved on December 5th, 2023, by the Marche Regional Council (“Marche, Land of Well-being and Quality of Life”), and serves as the scientific coordinator of InLife, the first global forum on the quality of life.

Giorgio Brandi

Biography
Giorgio Brandi has dedicated his entire academic and professional career to the study and promotion of public health. He graduated with honors in Biological Sciences in 1982 and began his academic career, becoming Full Professor of General and Applied Hygiene at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo in 2004.
With over 40 years of research, experience, and publications, he is considered an expert in the field of infectious disease epidemiology, cancer prevention, and the development of innovative molecular techniques for pathogen detection. He has coordinated national and European-funded research projects, significantly contributing to the advancement of knowledge on disease prevention.
He has served as the President of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Coordinator of the PhD program in Life Sciences, Health, and Biotechnology, Director of the Section of Toxicological, Hygiene, and Environmental Sciences, and has been a member of numerous scientific and academic committees.
Currently, he is the Rector’s Delegate for the University Sports and Head of the Hygiene Unit at the Department of Biomolecular Sciences. He is the author of 185 scientific articles published in peer-reviewed international journals, with a cumulative impact factor of 385, over 3,500 citations, and an H-index of 32.
Brandi has also served as a referee for several international scientific journals and is part of the organizing committees for national congresses in hygiene and public health. Through his work, he actively contributes to the training of new generations of scholars and public health professionals, with an approach that integrates epidemiology, prevention, and scientific innovation.

Stefania Bussoletti

Biography
Born in 1973, Stefania Bussoletti graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce, obtained a PhD in Political Economics from the University of Ancona, and a Master of Science in Economics.
Currently, Stefania Bussoletti serves as the Director of the Department of Economic Development of the Marche Region.
Her academic journey led her to focus on policies related to fisheries and aquaculture, topics that were the subject of her thesis.
She has also been involved in many research projects in the fields of economics and innovation in public policy.
Additionally, she has completed various training and specialization courses. With her experience and expertise, she actively contributes to the development of regional economic policies, focusing on sustainable growth, innovation, and the competitiveness of businesses.

Biography
Graduated with top honors in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Romeo Gnoni has over 40 years of experience with leading companies in the editorial, advertising, and digital sectors.
He is currently a Senior Advisor for the Business & Financial Information Area at the 24 Ore Group, where he has held prominent roles such as Commercial Director of the Professional Area and Chief Operating Officer of 24 Ore System.
His career in financial publishing began at the 24 Ore Group, followed by managerial positions at GEDI – Repubblica, Manzoni, and Digital Magics, with a particular focus on developing digital business units and online advertising. He also led the commercial direction of Publikompass for La Stampa and 4W MARKETPLACE.
Throughout his career, Gnoni has held top positions in companies such as Agenzia Radiocor, Nielsen, ENI – Agenzia Giornalistica Italia, and Olivetti, specializing in sales management, institutional relations, and the development of communication strategies for the financial, advertising, and digital sectors.

Sara Spuntarelli

Biography
Sara Spuntarelli is a Full Professor of Administrative Law and the Vice Rector for People, Well-being, and Opportunities at the University of Camerino.
She earned her PhD in Administrative and Public Law from the University of Ferrara and was awarded the National Prize for the best thesis in public law topics (discussed between 2002-2004), named after Vincenzo Caianiello, presented by the Crispel Center of the University of Roma 3 (2006).
She coordinates a nationally significant research project (PRIN 2022) on the “Permanent Transition and Adaptation of Administrative Measures.”
Spuntarelli is the author of three monographs and over one hundred articles in leading journals in the field, focusing on themes such as the separation of powers, the principle of legality, emergency regulation, legislative and administrative functions, the techniques of judicial interpretation in administrative law, and the guarantees of a fair trial.
She is regularly invited as a speaker at seminars and conferences and she organizes study meetings and scientific seminars. She is also a member of the Italian Association of Professors of Administrative Law.
She teaches Administrative Law and Administrative Justice at the School of Law and is the Director of postgraduate courses for managerial training in healthcare (sponsored by the Marche Region).
She has experience in institutional roles concerning policies and regulations for administrative simplification, organizational well-being, and equal rights. She has served on the Board of Directors and the Quality Assurance Office at Unicam, and is a member of the Evaluation Committee at the University of Insubria.
She is registered with the Bar Association of Macerata, in the special list for full-time university professors.

Eleonora Iacovoni

Biography
A lawyer since 1997, Eleonora Iacovoni obtained her law degree from the University of La Sapienza in Rome and qualified to practice law. In 2003, she began working as a Director at the Ministry of Agricultural Policies.
Since March 2024, she has been appointed to lead the General Directorate for the Promotion of Agro-food Quality at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry.
Her expertise lies in certified quality, protection of geographical indications for agricultural, agro-food, and wine products, organic farming, national food quality systems, policies for the economic development of agricultural enterprises, agricultural producer associations, sector plans, supply chain contracts, food districts, and measures within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), including the Agri-solar Park, logistics, and supply chain contracts in the agricultural and agro-food sectors.
In 2008, she was awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic by decree on June 2nd, 2008, published in the Official Gazette (G.U.R.L. no. 188 on August 12th, 2008). In 2022, she received the honor of Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic by decree published in the Official Gazette (G.U.R.I. no. 64 on March 17th, 2022).
